11. Return Policy

It can sometimes happen that the desired item does not meet your needs. First check if the order is eligible for return:

*You have 14 days after receipt to return the item.
*Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible, you must place a new order for this.
*You are responsible for returning the items until the products are back in our possession. We strongly recommend that you request proof of postage and follow our returns process.
*Once your return has been received and accepted by us, the refund will be made via the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.
*You will receive a voucher for return items from the sale collection.
*Return costs are for your own account.
*We inspect all items that are returned. No money will be refunded in case of damage, stains or signs of wear.
