  • What if I want to send my items back?
    Not a problem! We offer free returns on all items ordered.
  • How do I send a return?
    If you’re unhappy with any of your items or they have a fault, drop us a message explaining and we will send you the returns label and information necessary. See our Delivery & Returns page for our full returns policy.
  • Do you deliver outside of the UK?
    Not at present, but this is something we are looking to do in the near future.
  • When can I expect my order?
    This is dependent on which delivery you opted for. If you chose our free delivery option, this will take 3-5 working days to arrive from when you ordered. Our £2.95 delivery option will take approximately 2 days to arrive. Please note there may be delays out of our control due to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Are all items in The Pre-Loved Shop second hand?
    Yes. Although many of our items will be new and unworn and may have tags still intact, they have all been previously owned making them second hand. Please note - with that in mind, we will never stock items that are heavily worn or soiled. All items will have their conditions specified.
  • Are you searching for influencers?
    At present, no. We’re very flattered by how many of you want to wear our brand, but we’re not on the search at the moment. However, if you have purchased anything from us feel free to tag us on Instagram and we will be thrilled to share your image on our feed.
