DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Policy

For orders placed within the UK we offer free delivery as standard, which will arrive within 3-5 working days.

We also offer a quicker option if you’re needing your order sooner. This delivery is chargeable at £2.95 and will arrive within approximately 2 days.

For if you prefer a bit more security when ordering, we offer a tracked option at £4.95, which will arrive within 3-5 working days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

For orders placed within the rest of Europe, we offer a standard delivery option at £3.99, which will arrive within 3-5 working days.

For orders placed within the USA, we offer a standard delivery option at £13, which will arrive within 7-10 working days.

Please note - some orders may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time, however they may also arrive outside of this timeframe due to situations outside of our control or that are down to our postage provider. Should any delays arise, we will do our best to inform customers as soon as possible.

All deliveries are made via Royal Mail at present with an outlook to expand to other postal companies within the near future.

Return Policy

If you wish to return any items, you have 14 days to contact us explaining and to post your item back to us.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, not soiled, and with tags attached (if applicable)

Please ensure you state your reasoning for returning and attach any evidence of faults.

Where possible, we will accept exchanges.

We currently offer free returns within the UK. Once you’ve contacted us stating you wish to return your item, a label will be provided to your email with your instructions.

If you're outside of the UK and requiring a return, please contact us and we will provide further instructions.

Please note - any signs of tampering with items will result in no refund and your item will be returned to you.

Any delivery cost paid for is non-refundable.
