Store correctly
Jewellery should be kept in a dry location free from moisture, humidity, and extreme temperatures.
To avoid scratching, chipping, and tangling, keep your jewellery in its own box or pouch.
The original shine of the surface can be recovered by gently wiping it with a dry cloth.
Don't use harsh chemicals
Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals like bleach, chlorine, and abrasive cleaners. These could tarnish the metal and harm it.
Remember to take off your rings before doing the dishes or taking a shower since soap residue can become stuck in the settings and crevices of stones. Additionally, soaps can leave a layer on metal and stones that gives them a dull aspect.
Never clean your gold-plated jewellery with soap, toothpaste, detergent, etc.
Jewellery should always be put on last while getting dressed since make-up, cosmetics, and scents can harm delicate pieces.
Handle it with care
When putting on or taking off your jewellery, handle it gently to prevent accidental dents or scratches. Avoid harsh handling and exposing it to sharp objects.
