Kexin provides very good pre sales and after sales service. Very responsive and helpful to the queries we have and even on weekends. She also helped to advise on the choice of colors of vinyl when we were undecided and am glad that the end results come out as what we had envisaged. Workmanship of vinyl installation is also very good and neat. Would definitely recommend Floorrich to my friends!

I recently replaced my old problematic Vinyl flooring with Vic’s help from Floorrich. Vic is experience, knowleadgable and confident young lady. She is able to analyse the problems with my previous flooring( not fm floorrich), and was quick to provide me with a solution. She explained patiently the difference between my current vinyl and floorrich vinyl, and recommended me the correct vinyl to install. She confidently assured me that with the one she recommended; if is not all, most of the issues will be resolved. Although she did not commit100%, she will do her best to make it better. Indeed, she went the extra mile to provide underlay on the uneven flooring before install the Vinyl proper.Vic and the installers Han and Seng are super duper, very committed and promised to deliver. The turnout of the flooring is 100% problems solved. It is so beautiful, neat and no bumps or uneven surface. Kudos to Vic and team. It has been 2 weeks or so, i have not complained about the Floorrich vinyl unlike my previous one, I have been complaining from day 1, for 3yrs, everyday! Thanks Vic, great help!
