The installers were meticulous in placing the aluminium base frame, ensuring the overall levelling of the entire deck ( not 1 deck but 3 ), they were focused on laying the composite decking piece by piece and checking its alignment for a guaranteed outcome. Awesome !

The installation of vinyl flooring was well-coordinated by Sheena. Her explanation and advice was detailed, which helped cleared any of my doubts. On our first meet-up, she measured the dimensions professionally, advised me on the looks which made me felt as ease. On the 2nd meet up, she brought along the vinyl that I’ve identified. She provided images of the other vinyl that might suit my house theme which helped me settled on the one I love. During the installation day, the team provided images of the completed work and it looks great. Due to some hiccups caused by other logistics company, some part of the vinyl flooring needs to be replaced. Sheena came by to check it out and provide me a quote swiftly. The replacement was done well too. The team advised me on how to replace some of the small areas which I appreciate it. My overall experience is positive and rest assured the company does a great and professional job.
